Air Force One is pleased to announce that the company is gearing up to participate in Pelotonia for the third consecutive year. This year’s peloton consists of CEO Grey Guy, Service Technician Nathan Schweikert, Marketing & Communications Manager Allison Haas, Service Estimator Bob Reel, Human Resources Business Partner Erika Surbaugh, Service Technician Dan Russell, and his daughter, Trinity Russell. While each member of our team has a personal reason for committing to this endeavor, we are united in our goal to find a cure.
Pelotonia was founded in Columbus in 2008, with the goal to inspire the community to come together to support life-saving cancer research. The three-day experience of Pelotonia includes a weekend of cycling, entertainment, and volunteerism in which 100 percent of every rider-raised dollar is donated to fund cancer research at The Ohio State University Comprehensive Cancer Center – James Cancer Hospital and Solove Research Institute.
“This event is extremely important to us at Air Force One, as serving others is one of our founding principles. It’s such a unique and powerful event and we are very much looking forward to riding this year.” – CEO Greg Guy
This cause is very close to our hearts at Air Force One, and we are honored to participate in this amazing event once again. We hope you’ll commit to supporting us in reaching our team goal. To find more information or to donate to the Air Force One peloton, visit our Pelotonia team donation page.
