Air Force One is pleased to announce that it has recently been awarded a 2018 Top Workplaces honor by Columbus C.E.O. Magazine. The list is based solely on feedback gathered through the annual associate survey, which is administered by third-party research partner Energage, LLC (formerly WorkplaceDynamics), a leading provider of technology-based employee engagement tools. The anonymous survey measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.
“I’m so very proud to say that Air Force One has been named to the Top Workplaces list for 2018. We are constantly looking for new ways to engage with our associates, to support them in their daily work life and in their long term development. It’s just really encouraging to see this hard work come to fruition,” said Air Force One CEO Greg Guy.
“Top Workplaces is more than just recognition,” said Doug Claffey, CEO of Energage. “Our research shows organizations that earn the award attract better talent, experience lower turnover, and are better equipped to deliver bottom-line results. Their leaders prioritize and carefully craft a healthy workplace culture that supports employee engagement.”
“Becoming a Top Workplace isn’t something organizations can buy,” Claffey said. “It’s an achievement organizations have worked for and a distinction that gives them a competitive advantage. It’s a big deal.”
Air Force One joins an elite list of local companies on this year’s list and we are so proud to offer a positive and supportive workplace for our associates. We look forward to continuing to push forward initiatives that will enable our associates to learn, stretch and grow, now and for the future.
